3. Membership

4. Community conduct

Our community is built on respect. When using the Services you agree not to:

5. Donations and fundraising

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (essays, testimonials, profile information). By submitting it you grant Projectunite a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host and display it for the purpose of running the Services and, with your consent, showcasing our programs.

7. Our content

The Projectunite Scholar name, logo, website design, learning materials, and publications (including the Dare To Dream Big guidebook) are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share them for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution; any other use requires our permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is". We work hard to keep information accurate — especially scholarship deadlines and program details — but we cannot guarantee completeness, and we are not responsible for decisions made by third-party institutions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Projectunite disclaims all warranties, and our total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date; continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
